SOUTHEAST ASIA RED CROSS AND RED CRESCENT NATIONAL SOCIETIES LEADERSHIP INFORMAL SIDE MEETING DURING THE 10TH ASIA PACIFIC RED CROSS AND RED CRESCENT REGIONAL MEETING IN MANILA, PHILIPPINES
As agreed during the 15th Annual Southeast Asia Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies Leadership Meeting held on 10th and 11th April 2018 in Melaka, Malaysia, there is to be a side meeting of the Southeast Asia National Societies Leadership network during the upcoming 10th Asia Pacific Red Cross and Red Crescent Regional Meeting to be held in Manila, Philippines from the 11th to 14th November 2018.
The proposed Southeast Asia Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies Leadership meeting is meant to be an informal meeting, taking advantage of the presence of its leaders. It is hoped that through this meeting, members can update each other on some of the latest activities and programs happening within the region.
Additionally, the meeting is also for Malaysian Red Crescent to formally handover the Chairmanship of the meeting to the Philippine Red Cross.
