The South-East Asia Red Cross Red Crescent societies in South-East Asia meet annually in the Regional Community Safety and Resilience Forum (RCSRF) to enhance regional integration, coordination, communication and cooperation among them, with the facilitation of IFRC South-East Asia Regional Delegation.
The Forum aims to translate the results of the strategic policy and direction, and decisions of the South-East Asia Red Cross Red Crescent leaders into the operational action to promote the establishment of safer and resilient communities, with the facilitation of IFRC Bangkok Country Cluster Support Team.
The Forum (see the Terms of Reference) is an annual gathering of Southeast Asia National Societies’ Heads or Managers in:
