Purpose

This video illustrates the importance of men/boys assisting in water and sanitation activities.

Overview

The involvement of men/boys in these activities creates a good relationship between the men, their children and the women. It also creates some free time for the women to discuss issues with each other.

Individuals are taught the importance of building latrines, and basic hygiene practices such as washing hands after using the toilet and before eating. This results in improved child health.
