Purpose: This questionnaire is used as a baseline understanding of its own Disaster Management capacities. This is designed for a small focus group of relevant Disaster Management staff and volunteers to undertake the completion of the questionnaire.

Overview: The questionaires cover questions on seven areas including: Section A: Emergency Preparedness, Policy, Plans and Laws; Section B: Damage, Needs, Hazard/Risk/Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment; Section C: Coordination; Section D: Information and Report Management; Section E: Resource and Response Mobilization; Section F: Community-Based Disaster Preparedness, Mitigation and Disaster Risk Reduction; Section G: Advocacy
