Respect for gender and diversity should be reflected at all levels of the organization, as well as through the work we do. It is important that staff members are conscious of gender roles and diversity and take this into account in their work and that policies and procedures are reflective of an inclusive environment. This section contains resources to help support a gender and diversity inclusive work environment. This section is linked with the Frameworks and Policies section as staff should be made aware of the ‘gender policy’ and the ‘HIV policy’ as well as the Code of Conduct.
