Purpose
The focus of this case study is the experiences of working with the harmonized risk-assessment tools that combine Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) by the the five Netherlands Partners for Resilience (PfR) agencies (CARE Netherlands, Cordaid, the Netherlands Red Cross, the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre and Wetlands International) which work on the nine-country, five-year project aiming to strengthen the resilience of communities dealing with increased disaster risk and the effects of climate change and environmental degradation by adapting the traditional participatory tools for community risk assessment to a changing climate.
