On 14-15 November 2017, the second training of trainers (TOT) on disaster law dissemination took place in Hanoi. Thirty-one participants from provincial Red Cross, Women’s Union and Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control (CNDPC) in Northern provinces attended the training. This is the second amongst the four TOTs that will be organized throughout Vietnam in 2017. At the end of the training, participants developed plans on disaster law dissemination in their communities, with some including interactive activities with community members and in collaboration with other agencies such as Women’s Union or CNDPC.
