The Southeast Asia Red Cross Red Crescent Leaders convened in the 11^th Leadership Meeting in Singapore, on 24 – 26 March 2014, to discuss issues of common concern and to enhance cooperation within the RCRC Movement and to forge common approaches to challenges in the Southeast region, in addition to follow up on the discussions in the previous Leadership meeting (10th Annual Meeting in Luang Prabang) regarding increasing the effectiveness of the regional response mechanisms.
